Working Together at each Stage of your Journey

Requirements

Starting with a handover from the sales team to your dedicated account manager, we will then schedule a kick off call with your AM to go through any additional requirements that were not mentioned on the call with the sales team. Once all requirements have been scoped out, we then move on to the first draft of the homepage design.

Design

The first design you are sent is the homepage design, the main focus point of any website. Your Account Manager will go through this with you explaining each section and the positive effect it will have on your website. If there is any feedback we then go back to the designer and repeat this until you are 100% satisfied with the design.

Build

During the build phase the developer applies all of the agreed designs. You are then sent a demo link where you can view the website in a development environment as it would look when its live.

Testing

Advansys carry out their QA testing process, ensuring all browsers, breakpoints and devices are tested. We then send it to you for a final time to review and sign off in preparation to launch the site.

Live

We handle the entire go live process for you, from Domain Transfers and DNS record updating, to applying security certificates. We then do a live test to ensure all is working from the transfer.

Aftercare

Your dedicated Account Manager will then organise a call with our support team and you to handover the project. We will go through the new process with you so you are 100% confident on the next steps.
