Advansys were overjoyed to receive an award at the industry-leading ECMOD exhibition last week.

The ECMOD Show is all about the systems and processes behind Catalogue, Mail Order and eCommerce solutions and other systems which are designed to facilitate the store front aspect of selling efficiently but also to manage the back end of the business where orders are collected, stock is allocated and customer relations are furthered to provide the next generation of sales.

The Advansys Cross Channel Ecommerce Framework is designed to provide for all aspects of the back end process as well as providing effective tools for the store front and marketing. This means that the system must handle everything from full product catalogues, effective and fluid categorisation, merchandising and incentive creation, multi channel listing, multi location stock management, central order management (including realtime handling of multiple channel orders such as through EPOS, eBay and Amazon etc) and web based fulfilment processes with full stock room management and warehousing modules to maximise warehouse productivity.
