If the colour contains less blue, then it is leaning towards a warm hue, whilst a higher concentration of blue will move the colour more towards the cooler side of the spectrum.

Cool Colours

Cool colors tend to be soothing, calming colors and can be used in large amounts across your site design.

Neutral Colors

White | Black | Grey

Neutral colors are great for back-grounds and for enhancing the effect of warm colors.
